Christmas Eve's Eve

Last night we had 3 other couples over for a pre-Christmas Fondue.
Our Menu:

Appetizer:
Roasted Garlic and Boursin cheese on crackers
Roasted garlic is so easy to make and sooo good!
Chop the top off the garlic to expose the tops of each clove. Then drizzle with olive oil. You can also sprinkle with any herb - rosemary, basil etc. Then place in a clay garlic roaster or wrap tin foil around each bulb and bake at 350 for an hour. That's it!
The cheese we like is Boursin. We used the herb and garlic but they make other flavors that could be great too. The best price for this cheese at at Costco where you can buy a two pack for a great price.
Cheese Fondue with 3 different breads: Wheat French, Italian and a Tiger Loaf

Then for the main course:
Raclette (table top grill with cheese melting trays)
Kielbasa and smoked sausage
Onions
Mushrooms
Peppers
Zuchinni
These are grilled and then put on steamed baby potatoes while Raclette cheese melts in the trays below the grill. Then the cheese is poured over the potatoes, meat and veggies.

Dessert:
Toblerone Chocolate Fondue with assorted fruit and ginger snap cookies for dipping.

I fully meant to take photos of all our guests and totally forgot!
It was a great night with great guests and food. We all pooled together to get a babysitter at another house for our 3 kids and they had lots of fun too!
