We had a blackberry baking night tonight. Well, this morning we had french toast and I made some blackberry syrup. Jared might all the pies and froze them for future use.
I made mini blackberry cheesecakes. Some to eat and some for a craft night I'm going to tomorrow.
I got tired of making mini cheesecakes and used the rest to make a large one. I've never made cheesecake before, I hope it turned out ok.
