7 MONTH PHOTO

I finally had a chance to take Harper's 7 month photo in the same chair etc. (4 days late).

It's hard to take the same photo in the same place around the same time of day!

AUBREY'S SCHOOL PHOTO

It was school photo day last month and I felt bad for not ordering any. Aubrey's hair is always so scraggly, even 5 minutes after brushing it so I don't trust that photos taken of her mid school day will turn out well. So I always do them myself.

HARPER | 7 MONTHS

Yesterday Harper turned 7 months old. It was a busy day and we were at Aubrey's school for almost the whole day for a school walkathon fundraiser. Aubrey walked 10 miles!

I didn't have a chance yet to take Harper's monthly photo on the white chair yet (maybe tomorrow) but here are some formal photos we took of her this morning.

 She's mostly sitting up by herself - at least she lasts 30 seconds or so.

These last two are ones I snuck in of her during my Halloween mini shoots.

ALMOST HALLOWEEN

We are preparing for Halloween around here. I have a Halloween mini shoot coming up in the beginning of October which has made me prepare a little earlier this year. 

I thought I'd better get some Halloween photos of my own kids before everyone else so I didn't forget! I'm not sure what Harper will be yet, but I was trying out my mermaid outfit (Thanks Tracey) that I usually use for newborns, and it's super cute. I'm not sure it's warm enough for actual Halloween night though. (Although it might be if this weather sticks around).

MORE 6 MONTH PHOTOS

I know, I know - it's a little ridiculous. I was going for an Amelia Erhart type look or I just wanted to see what my new backdrop and bomber jacket looked like! It's size 12 months so it's quite large on her.

I haven't had much time lately to post anything other than monthly photos!
